It should be clear to you by now that not all ranking factors are created equal. Therefore, it’s in your best interest to find out which signals give your page the highest chance to show up on the first page of Google!

In this post, I’ll share with you the FOUR locations where to place your keyword to get the bulk of the optimization job out of the way.

What are the Four On-Page Ranking Placements?

Below are the exact locations:

  1. Your URL
  2. Your meta title
  3. Your H1
  4. In paragraph tags

These ranking placements give you the QUICK and DIRTY approach to SEO. You still need to optimize the page further for other factors, but if the keyword doesn't have much competition, this approach may do the job.

While Google’s algorithm is perplexingly complicated, it’s still a MACHINE hence you can still test it using math and get consistent results and findings. Testing various factors weighting allowed me to uncover these FOUR crucial keyword placements.

However, there’s still work to be done!

While entering your target keyword in these spots is a good start, in 99% of cases, it won’t be enough to get you to the first page of Google. To do this, you need to identify the other missing ranking factors.

So if you’re having problems finding out what these other factors are, book a call with us and we’ll help you pinpoint the other factors you need to optimize to take your page to the top of SERPs.
